These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of communications and services provided by Arch Support Residential Services (“ASRS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our sponsor compliance dashboard and related text message (SMS) and email communications.
SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ASRS related to monthly compliance action items, reminders, and updates relevant to your role as a sponsor. If you sign up for vacancy alerts, you consent to receive a message when a new opening becomes available and one monthly roundup of current openings.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on active tasks, deadlines, and openings, typically a few messages per month.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly using the information below, for assistance.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Use of the Sponsor Dashboard
Access to the sponsor compliance dashboard is provided for the purpose of reviewing and completing monthly action items, compliance documentation, and related program information for your associated home. Dashboard access is intended solely for authorized sponsors and may not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
No Warranty
Communications and dashboard tools are provided “as is.” While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reminders, ASRS does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, technical issues, or events outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our SMS communications or sponsor dashboard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
