Arch Support Residential Services (“ASRS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of individuals who interact with our organization, including sponsors, families, staff, support coordinators, and other authorized contacts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to archsupportres.com and vagrouphomes.com.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information from sponsors, staff, support coordinators, and other authorized contacts:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Information related to residential care coordination, compliance tasks, and program participation
- Information you submit through our website forms (for example, contact requests, employment questionnaires, sponsor inquiries, and vacancy-alert sign-ups)
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Communicate with sponsors regarding monthly compliance action items, reminders, and dashboard updates
- Coordinate care and support for residents in our group homes
- Send text message (SMS) and email reminders related to time-sensitive tasks
- Send vacancy alerts to people who sign up for them
- Respond to inquiries and review employment and sponsor applications
- Maintain accurate records for state licensing and compliance purposes
Text Messaging (SMS)
ASRS sends text messages only to people who opt in. We operate two programs: ASRS Vacancy Alerts (new openings and a monthly roundup, for people who sign up at archsupportres.com/alerts) and ASRS Sponsor Reminders (monthly compliance action items for our sponsors). We collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (date, time, and the form you used) only to deliver the messages you asked for and to honor opt-out requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Protect Information
Information is stored using secured, access-controlled systems. We limit access to personal information to authorized ASRS staff who need it to carry out their job responsibilities.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with state licensing or regulatory bodies (such as DBHDS) as required for compliance purposes, or with service providers who support our internal operations (such as our website host and messaging platform) under confidentiality obligations. These service providers may process information only to deliver our services to you and may not use it for their own purposes. This sharing excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with any third party.
